At trenzone.store we take pride in providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final. Please make sure to review product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges are only allowed under very limited conditions. You may request an exchange only if the product you received is damaged defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You must contact us within three days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once we review and approve your request we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by our error.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
